Day 24 of 31 



Joyful Confidence
I'll let you in on a little secret (you probably have already figured it out)... I write these daily bible study summaries in advance. As a matter of fact, I am currently in a high rise Boston hotel room. Looking out my window at the convention center of a giant conference I've been attending. It was spectacular. I have pages and pages of notes in pursuit to sharpen my skills as a leader and business coach. My desire is to help and serve everyone God brings into my path. But I want to be wise and learn from others on how BEST to (1) manage my time, (2) communicate to different personalities, (3) share more effectively on social media, etc. 

Anywho. It's been stellar. And prayerfully working through Day 24 ... the #P31Goal hit home. 

"I have joyful confidence in my God and His plan for me."

Raise your {virtual} hand if you ever doubt yourself?
If you ever think you aren't good enough to do big things?

I am raising both mine. And my pregnant feet. 



You are likely with the popular verse, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!" Philippians 4:13

It's hard to absorb the FULL impact of this verse without studying the prior verses:

"I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or want."
Philippians 4:11-12


It amazes me to read of Paul's faith and confidence in God's provision even when he was hungry and in whacko circumstances (like prison, shipwrecked, snake-biten, etc) 

Do we ever find ourselves complaining about our circumstances? Do we feel discontent? Or are we thankful for God providing our need AND even some/most of our wants?



She smiles at the future because she's prepared. She's planned. She knows God's truth says He will provide. 

NOTICE: No where is Proverbs 31 does it say, "She worries..." 

Are you a worrier? STOP and read Matthew 6:27 

Instead of being suffocated by worry & "what if's" ... turn those worries into prayers.
