We start our #LiveSlowBibleStudy tomorrow!

For WEEKS I've been on the edge of my seat waiting to share about this online bible study. By now, I am assuming everyone has ordered their book ("Food, Fitness & Faith for women", grab is last minute here!) and ready freddy to dive in tomorrow morning.

  1. Morning is best (start your day with God!)
  2. Don't be afraid to write in your book
  3. Use your Bible (not just the book) to read verses
  4. Pick a chair, a room, a closet w/ few distractions
  5. Be teachable. Soften your heart.

"A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel" Proverbs 1:5

What if I don't have my book yet?
Hopefully you receive it soon because I am confident you will have many "wow" moments each morning. I will not be able to duplicate ALL of the helpful nuggets and biblical truths shared in the daily devotional - but I will share the main points and scripture references!

Is there a workout schedule I should/could follow?
Although exercising is not a requirement during this Bible Study, you may find yourself wanting to establish some healthier habits. This is a normal side effect of studying what God says about food & fitness, ha. As you may know, I am an online health & fitness coach. Feel free to hit "reply" if you wanted some ideas to set up a fitness & eating plan (I have lots of these in my back pocket).

Going the extra mile...
I love to journal. I've journaled since high school and I have boxes & boxes of notebooks in my garage with my heart-felt words covered in prayer, memories, tears, venting, scripture, notes, etc. Feel free to write out your prayers / notes / favorite verses in a special notebook or journal during this study to let it really soak in!

I am praying for you. Like for real. This is something I am very passionate about, something I am confident God wants more women to talk about. We have hundreds of women in this online bible study -- a quantity that blows my mind. You are a very special part of that. You are not just a placeholder or number in this email list. You are my friend and someone who I want to pursue Christ with all her heart.

I am right here with you & for you!

Thanks everyone! Talk to you bright & early!
